I have always been interested in sports and the effect that sport can have on our health, especially through movement. My initial goal in life was to become a professional rugby player, however along this journey I had a severe injury to my knee which put a halt to that plan.

Rehabilitation of this injury could have been much better and this instilled in me the importance of early diagnosis combined with the correct rehabilitative care. After surgery I developed several issues which caused me months of pain and highlighted the importance of pain management.

Having explored several different types of therapy, I stumbled on chiropractic care and immediately knew I found a profession that could help others live a better life. Since the age of 17 I worked in my local gym as an instructor, my passion for helping others really developed here. I have worked with people of all ages with a wide variety of goals and health ailments, I have always enjoyed researching and understanding underlying causes of pain, illness and dysfunction.

I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2022 and have been working in Clacton since graduating. I am excited to continue my clinical development and help as many people as I can.

Harriett graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2018. Motivated by childhood treatment and personal triumphs over sports injuries, she now champions early chiropractic intervention to alleviate physical challenges. A dedicated cross fitter, Harriett understands the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being. Specialising in maternal and paediatric care, she was part of Bournemouth University’s interdisciplinary breastfeeding clinic, guiding new mothers and babies towards wellness. Harriett’s expertise spans all ages, from 4 days old to 90 years, enriching lives through chiropractic care.
